School of Sock / Account Manager / Full Time / Entry Level

School of Sock is looking for an upbeat, self-motivated individual to manage and maintain custom sock accounts and handle customer service. This role will be the point of contact for new and existing orders that come in, this can include but not limited to: walking client through custom process, finalizing designs, coordinating shipping and special requests. Individual must be comfortable talking face to face and over the phone daily with customers/clients. Must be able to make quick decision on your feet and be able to problem solve effectively.

Job Duties
  • Point of contact for clients

  • Coordinate with production team on special projects, timelines, request, etc...

School of Sock / Graphic Designer / Part Time / Entry Level

Are you a self-driven, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel when given a new challenge or opportunity to demonstrate your own independent thinking and creative ideas, while also appreciating the ideas and direction provided in a team environment? Sock 101 is seeking a skilled, team-oriented, self-motivated graphic designer to join our creative department. The graphic designer’s role will include sock designs for multiple clients, conceptualization and design of advertisements, trade show graphics and other communications.

This position works in a collaborative manner with other team members and the client to ensure effective designs. Additional responsibilities may include corporate event support during and after business hours.

  • Self-motivated
  • Well-versed in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Ability to identify and interpret a client needs and develop creative and responsive design concepts
  • Working knowledge of Graphic Design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory
  • Must be cool
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and collaboration skills
